Speaker Chris Donovan joined delegation members Cathy Abercrombie and Buddy Altobello in applauding Gov. Malloy’s announcement that 58 new early childhood slots have been identified for Meriden, meaning that state funding will be provided for pre-school opportunities for 58 additional young people from Meriden.
