Season 1, Episode 2 - Early Childhood Educators

This episode, we talk to State Representative Bobby Sanchez about SB 935 - An Act Requiring the Office of Early Childhood to Develop a Proposed Early Childhood Educator Compensation Schedule. This law helps to ensure that early educators receive fair pay. As many of us are now learning, teaching small children every day is not an easy task. All too often, though, these highly skilled professionals are underpaid.

This episode, we sit down and talk with State Representative Liz Linehan about HB 7215 - An Act Concerning School Climates, also known as "Anjelita's Law." This law was designed to address the problem of school bullying. As Chair of the Committee on Children (and author of the law), Representative Linehan is the perfect person to talk to about this important legislation.
