PROPOSED TUITION INCREASE AT STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES UNACCEPTABLE

Juan Candelaria propone una nueva ley que otorgaría licencia de conducir del estado a residentes indocumentados si han mantenido residencia verificable y estable durante los últimos tres años previo a la solicitud de la licencia, además de no tener ningún record criminal.
