DIMINICO'S BILL GIVES MEDICAL INFO TO ADOPTEES
Saying that times have changed and adults now want to know more about their birth parents, Rep. Joseph Diminico testified before the legislature's Public Health Committee in support of legislation he sponsored that would enable adults who were adopted as children to get their birth certificates and birth parents' medical history.
