With Windham Town Councilor Dawn Niles, Town Councilor Dennis O’Brien, Town Councilor Tom DeVivo, and Sen. Mae Flexer at the Legislative Office Building after the State Bond Commission approved a change in location for the Windham Senior and Community Center, allowing the project to move forward.

State Rep. Susan Johnson joins state Sen. Mae Flexer and community partners for the launch of the second Higher Edge site in the state at Eastern Connecticut State University. Higher Edge is a New London-based college completion organization that currently serves over 200 students in high school and college, and is the only organization that is solely dedicated college completion for low-income and first-generation, college-bound students.
