Kelly Juleson-Scopino is a second-term legislator serving Manchester's 12th district. She serves as Vice Chair of the Public Health Committee and was addtionally appointed to serve on Aging Committe and the Committee on Children.

With both her parents public school educators, she was born and raised in Manchester and graduated from the Manchester Public Schools. She received a full academic scholarship from Seton Hall University where she studied international relations and minored in Spanish and Theatre.

Prior to becoming a state representative, Kelly served on the Manchester Board of Education. Kelly has political and legislative experience, and currently does development work for a nonprofit organization that focuses on youth issues.

Rep. Juleson-Scopino is fully engaged in her community and maintains strong relationships with the people she serves. She prides herself on being a voice for the voiceless including animals and children.

Kelly lives in the Buckley School neighborhood with her daughter, Zoey, and their rescue dogs, Rudy and Scrappy.
