Rep. Robert Megna joined Governor Dannel Malloy in welcoming Stamford-based Frontier Communications' decision to locate its captive insurance subsidiary in Connecticut. Rep. Robert Megna praised the enactment a new law he championed with bipartisan support that bans private transfer fees in the conveyance of interests in real estate.
