I believe that passage of a bill that restricts the use of certain pesticides represents an good start, but hopefully more work will be explored in the future on this very important environment issue.
I encourage everyone to visit the Connecticut River Museum in Essex which has unveiled a very special exhibit concerning the threat of invasive species. The exhibit will continue through October 10th of this year.
One of the great joys serving as Director of Programming at Bushy Hill nature Center is welcoming area students to participate in the Maple Sugaring Program.
