Edward Moukawsher is serving his fifth term in the House of Representatives of the Connecticut General Assembly, representing the 40th Assembly District in Groton and New London. He is an Assistant Majority Leader and member of the Finance, Revenue, and Bonding; Environment; and Banks Committees.
