State Representatives Cathy Abercrombie, Christopher Lyddy and Public Health Chair Betsy Ritter hosted a public forum on Adolescent Substance Abuse and its impact on communities and family. Pending legislation (HB 5998), sponsored by Abercrombie and Lyddy, would establish a task force to study issues concerning children in rehabilitation.
