HARTFORD & BLOOMFIELD COMPANIES GET STATE SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE
State Representative Matthew Ritter and Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced that a Hartford company and two Bloomfield companies have qualified for the state’s Small Business Express Program (EXP).
