An important bill I co-sponsored that seeks to establish a framework to identify and treat bed bug infestations in residential and public housing has passed the House of Representatives.

I was pleased to join Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders on their opening day 2016.

The Center for Family Justice serves victims of domestic violence and sexual assault from Fairfield, Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Stratford and Trumbull.

Housatonic Community College provides an important start to higher education opportunities for hundreds of students. These funds will help to continue the ongoing plans to renovate the school’s facilities to deliver an even more enriching student experience.

I joined with fellow legislators and city mayors to keep our city on the radar when it comes to restoring proposed state cuts in this very difficult budget cycle.

We had a productive meeting at South West Community Health Center.

I applaud these funds for the upgrade of traffic signals along Park Avenue and all of the included intersections.
