STATE REP. RICHARD ROY OPPOSES INCREASES TO BUS AND TRAIN FARES
As the Chair of the Environment Committee, Representative Roy (D - Milford) knows of the benefits of developing mass transit and helping people get to work and their destinations using bus and rail service. This kind of increase will discourage people to utilize mass transit.
