THE STATE OF CT HAS TURNED A CORNER
House Majority Leader Brendan Sharkey addressed the House of Representatives on opening day of the legislative session, telling members the session begins without the same financial cloud we have been under. We have in fact "turned a corner" and set the state moving in the right direction.
