HEARING FROM WESTPORT EDUCATORS & PARENTS
Rep. Steinberg met with Westport teachers and parents this evening to hear their thoughts about proposed education legislation to improve schools that have failed to support students in their academic growth. He noted that, “Westport is doing an excellent job educating our students and perhaps there are lessons learned here that could be shared with the other schools around the state to help close Connecticut’s unacceptable achievement gap.”
