Recently Ann's Place was visited by Connecticut DEEP Commissioner Dan Esty, Senator Mike McLachlan, Deputy Speaker of the House Robert Godfrey, Representative Joseph Taborsak and DEEP Communications Director Dennis Schain. The group toured our new facility and learned more about the services we provide to the cancer community. The incredible generosity and collaborative efforts of the construction trades industry and area donors in creating this special refuge for people living with cancer was highly visible. A special treat for the group was seeing the Phyllis Speidel Daffodil Garden, one section of the Marian & Hans Kretsch Meditation Gardens.
