State Representative Toni Walker was joined today by legislators and various organizations at a press conference to speak out against the Governor’s $47 million in proposed budget cuts to programs that serve children. Rep. Walker suggested a more aggressive approach to going after $137 million in stimulus funds and stated funds have been available since Spring 2009.
