If you are a SNAP recipient who lost power during the storm, you are able to request replacement benefits

In order to make a request, SNAP recipients must call the DSS Benefit Center at 1-855-626-6632 to report the food loss, or fill out the forms listed below and mail them to the scanning center prior to September 3, 2020. 

• Request for Replacement of Food Purchased with SNAP Benefits
• W-1226 (Proof of Food Loss)
