Governor Lamont opened today's update by noting that state regulators were holding a hearing on Eversource's services and rates.

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority called the hearing following the power outages that resulted from Tropical Storm Isaias earlier this month. The Governor noted that the state's public utilities should be reformed and held accountable.
