November is Alzheimer's and Caregiver Month

November 16, 2021
November is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month and National Family Caregiver Month. As our population ages, Alzheimer's affects more and more people in our community and that is why I have made fighting this disease one of my top priorities in the Legislature.

The Alzheimer's Association CT Chapter offers resources for families affected by the disease. The Alzheimer's Association is focused on ending Alzheimer's and all dementia while increasing awareness of early detection, risk reduction, care, and support.
