Paolillo attends pier groundbreaking

State Rep. Al Paolillo, D-New Haven, attends a groundbreaking ceremony Aug. 16, 2017 to mark the start of a six-month construction period to rebuild the Fort Hale Park pier. The pier, which was leveled by Hurricane Sandy in 2012, is tentatively scheduled to open in spring 2018.
