I was honored to attend the 2025 Southington High School Wall of Honor induction ceremony and celebrate this year’s remarkable honorees and their families. This year’s inductees exemplify the dedication, leadership, and service that inspire our community and current students.

I had the opportunity to join Southington Bread for Life on one of their meal delivery routes, helping deliver nutritious meals to local residents who may be homebound or in need of support.

I had a great time answering questions and hearing ideas from 5th graders at Oshana Elementary School! Each year, their teachers invite me to talk about the legislative branch, my role as a state representative, and how government works.

Over the next two weekends, the Apple Harvest Festival will bring together friends and neighbors to enjoy the annual parade, the entertainment lineup, the arts and crafts show, and of course, Zion Lutheran Church’s famous apple fritters.

I toured Amazon’s BDL4 fulfillment center in Windsor with a bipartisan delegation of State Representatives, thanks to an invitation from CBIA and Amazon.

I had the honor of participating at several Connecticut Veterans Stand Down events where I thanked our veterans for their service. This annual gathering brings together federal, state, local, and community organizations to provide one-stop access to vital services for veterans.

I had the solemn honor of attending the dedication of the Jude Lane overpass above I-84 in Southington, now officially named the Trooper First Class Aaron Pelletier Memorial Bridge.

I sat down with the editor-in-chief of The Southington Outsider, a recently launched online newspaper. Its mission is to provide trusted local news and build community, covering everything from local history and school events to features, sports, town elections, and more.
