State Representative Linda Schofield (D-Simsbury) extends her thanks to the many volunteers who came out to help last Saturday (the 18th) on the second annual “Linda’s Litter Lugging Day.”  In particular, Rep. Schofield singled out Boy Scout Troop 76 for helping to organize the event and for putting out extraordinary effort to clean up Rte 185.  “Now every morning when I drive in to Hartford, the ride is a little more pleasant and scenic,” Schofield said.  “I hope everyone will honor the work of all the volunteers by not littering!” READ MORE
