Governor Lamont signs 19^th executive order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Governor Ned Lamont today announced details on the latest collaboration to assist in the state’s coordinated response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He is appointing the CEOs of three of the largest hospital systems in Connecticut – Hartford HealthCare, Nuvance Health, and Yale New Haven Health – to serve as co-chairs of the Governor’s Health System Response Team.

The U.S. Congress passed a historic stimulus package, which was signed by the president, to provide relief to families and much needed resources in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

Yesterday afternoon, Governor Lamont announced that his administration has launched a zero-interest loan program to bring relief to Connecticut small businesses and nonprofits that have been impacted by COVID-19.
