Legislation Passed in SB 298 Related to Workers' Comp, Warehouse Workers

The Senate, followed by the House, passed an omnibus bill this week, comprised of legislation introduced last year. You can read more about it HERE.

As House chair of the Labor and Public Employees Committee, I am proud that two bills made it over the finish line that zeroed in on Municipal Pensions and Workers’ Comp, and Warehouse Workers, specifically sections 48 and 50-57, respectively, in SB298.
