Early Voting Underway Through November 2
October 22, 2025Election Day this year is Tuesday, November 4, but voters can also cast their ballots under Connecticut's early voting law now through November 2.
Early voting for the 2025 municipal elections kicked off on October 20, allowing all registered voters to conveniently vote in person in their city or town prior to Election Day.
The 14-day early voting schedule includes two weekends, making voting not only more convenient, but encouraging increased voter turnout. This is only the second year that early voting is being used in Connecticut, though most states have had early voting systems in place for many years.
Each town holds early voting at designated locations, which may not be the same location where voting is held on Election Day. Here's a list of early voting locations. You can also check with your local registrar of voters.
