Wishing You a Happy Passover

March 31, 2026

This week, many members of our community will observe sacred and deeply meaningful religious holidays.

Starting on Wednesday evening, Waterbury's Yeshiva community and other families of the Jewish faith will gather to begin Passover, commemorating the Israelites' liberation from slavery in Egypt and celebrating the enduring values of faith, resilience, and freedom. During the Seder, loved ones come together to retell the story of Exodus, reflect on tradition, and reaffirm the importance of hope and redemption.

Passover reminds us of the strength found in community and the responsibility we share to pursue dignity for all. To all who are celebrating, I wish you and your families a meaningful and peaceful Passover.
