View this email in your browser Dear Neighbor, On Wednesday, November 19, Gilead Community Services will hold a conversation about stress and anxiety. This free panel discussion will talk about the differences between stress and anxiety, how to identify it in yourself as well as your children, and the best way to handle it.  Please see the flyer below or click here for more information.  Attention Middletown residents and commuters - paving operations will begin on the Route 17 northbound ramp to Route 9 northbound in Middletown. The project is set to begin on Thursday, November 20, and be completed by Sunday, November 23.     Motorists should expect delays and allow for extra travel time on Route 17 NB and Route 9NB during this period due to construction activity, and exercise caution when traveling through the work zone.
