Rep. Johnson Speaks on Progressive Caucus' Public Health Priorities

Thursday, I spoke about the public health issues facing our state during the Progressive Caucus' "Love Note to CT" press conference.
We need to work to expand access to health care through single-payer universal health care, pass stricter firearm storage laws and ban ghost guns without serial numbers, and authorize and regulate the retail sale of marijuana.
The caucus is divided into seven subgroups- economic security, public health and safety, education, elections and voting rights, budget, social justice, and environment.
