Manchester Memorial Hospital and Hartford Healthcare are holding a public forum on the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment on Tuesday, March 31st. This is your chance to take part in a community conversation on our local health needs and be involved in a discussion on the future of community health here in Manchester.
The Public Forum will take place on Tuesday, March 31st, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the Manchester Memorial Hospital Auditorium located at 71 Haynes Street, Manchester.
Attend the forum to meet with community members and local health providers and discuss:
- What our community needs most
- What factors most influence local health outcomes
- Where is there room for immediate action
- Opportunities for partnership and long-term impact
