| This term, I will be serving on the Appropriations, Children's, and Public Health Committees.   I have a deep understanding on some of the issues facing our state, and look forward to using my experience to create a safer, healthier, and more affordable Connecticut.   Throughout my time in office, I promise to be transparent with you all about the work I am doing for you at the Capitol, and plan to keep you updated every step of the way.   As our work begins, it's more important than ever for me to hear from you about the issues that matter most. Please contact my office via phone (860-240-8568) or email to tell me what's on your mind!  Below, you can find some of the useful resources to follow along and get involved in our legislative session:
The Office of Legislative Research  (OLR) provides nonpartisan and unbiased research to members of the General Assembly and their staff. Part of their duties include writing bill analyses, which are summaries of bills in plain language. Click here to check out their website.
In addition, OLR recently published the 2025 Major Issues report , which summarizes key issues the legislature could take up during session. You can view the Connecticut General Assembly's upcoming events by checking out its schedule on the CGA official website. Follow CT-N for live coverage of committee meetings, as well as House and Senate floor debates. You can register to monitor any bill's journey as it goes through the legislative process. By signing up, you can enter the bill number and receive real-time updates. Stay informed with email notifications whenever there's a change in the bill's progress. Visit this website for information on how to testify on a bill at a public hearing. Thank you again for your faith in me to represent our community. Let's all work together to make our district, and our state, better than ever before. |
