In honor of Women’s History Month and the town's celebration of America250, I am hosting an essay contest for students in grades 7^th-12^th. The essay prompt is Who is your favorite woman in American history and why? The Essay should be 200 words or less and must be emailed to Sam.zakur@cga.ct.gov with Subject line: Essay Contest by March 27^th. There will be a $100 first prize and $50 runner up prize.
