Rep. Napoli Jr. Celebrates a 100% Attendance Record During the 2019 Legislative Session

August 29, 2019

State Rep. Ron Napoli Jr. (D-Waterbury) had a 100% voting record during his first session in the General Assembly.

“Rep. Napoli Jr. had a great first year as a legislator,” said Speaker of the House Joe Aresimowicz (D-Berlin/Southington). “Serving Waterbury as their state representative and bringing his experience as a history teacher at Wilby High School, Ron has a proven track record of voting on all the issues that matter to his constituents."

“As a State Legislator, I feel that in order to do a good job and be a part of the process, you have to show up,” Rep. Napoli Jr. said. “Having the opportunity to be a part of every discussion is critical when making decisions that affect the lives of residents across our state.”

Less than a third of legislators in the State House were able to make every vote this session.
