The Quinnipiac Linear Trail Moving Forward
Rep. Mary Mushinsky, co-chair of the Quinnipiac River Linear Trail Advisory Committee, applauds the placement of the 208-foot pedestrian bridge across the river, a project they have been working on for several years. The trail goes under the Wilbur Cross Parkway, and onto Fireworks Island in the middle of the Quinnipiac River. Residents will be able to get from one half of Wallingford to the other without using their car.
