Town Hall Forum

September 25, 2020

Thanks to all of you who were able to participate in Wednesday night’s Facebook Live Town Hall Forum with Attorney General William Tong.

We had a conversation about many important issues including; the legacy of Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and the future of the Court; the killing of Breonna Taylor and the AG’s efforts to create a civil rights division; voter rights, particularly when it comes to expanded absentee voting; and the AG’s efforts to take on the Trump Administration.

We also talked about many consumer related issues as well as the Attorney General’s recent actions concerning our state utilities' storm response and rate increases; Purdue Pharma’s role in the Opioid Crisis; and ExxonMobil for protection of our environment.
