The Temporary Rental Housing Assistance Program (TRHAP) reopened Monday, October, 26 and is now available to renters in Connecticut who are struggling to pay their rent due to the impact of COVID-19. If you are in need of rental assistance, call 860-785-3111 to see if you qualify for TRHAP.
