"Honored to be promoted from Assistant Majority Leader to Assistant Majority Whip in the Connecticut House of Representatives for the 2021-2022 legislative session. I want to thank Speaker-elect Matt Ritter and Majority Leader-elect Jason Rojas for this important opportunity and I am proud to serve the 2nd District and our state in this leadership capacity." 

Whips are responsible for counting votes and rounding up party members for votes and quorum calls. In this role, I will work closely with leaders to rally support for critical legislation.
