I want to let you know that Community Health Center is now offering pre-registration to help expedite the COVID-19 testing process at their local testing sites.

To pre-register, go to CHC1.com/COVIDTEST and fill out your registration form. Click “Next Patient” at the bottom to add a form for each person in your party. Click “submit” when you finished registering everyone in your party. You will receive ONE confirmation email for each person in your party.
 
Be ready to provide each person’s confirmation number when asked by a CHC staff person at the testing site.
 
You can pre-register prior to arrival or while in line!

Please know that the holidays are affecting some COVID-19 testing site hours. CHC’s Groton testing site will be open on New Year’s Eve (12/31), but will be closed on New Year’s Day (1/1).
 
Testing is key to controlling the spread of this pandemic, as is wearing a mask and washing your hands.
