House Session Recap

After a marathon session that ended 3:00 am yesterday, the CT House voted to eliminate the religious exemption from mandatory vaccinations for public and private schools, while grandfathering in any children currently enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade, and expanding the medical exemption.

I am thrilled that this legislation was passed. This policy will protect us going forward from potential diseases that can be prevented by vaccinations.
