One of my favorite summer shopping places in Danbury is the weekly Farmers Market. No admission, and plenty of opportunity to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, and other delights. They're good for us, and tasty, too. From spring lettuce to autumn apples, they have every growing season's crops.

Starting this Saturday, June 25, the market will open for the summer. I will be attending the opening ceremony, which will begin at 10:15 am. 

The Danbury Farmers Market will be open every Saturday through October 21. The last market of the year will be held Friday, October 28.
