Public Meetings on Housing in Stamford

September 9, 2022

Please see the below message from Fairfield County's Center for Housing Opportunity (FCCHO):

Almost 20 Fairfield County towns are meeting next week to consider important questions about housing, land use, and zoning. Bethel's Planning and Zoning Commission will consider several amendments to the town's zoning regulations, including whether to opt out of Public Act 21-29, which allows accessory dwelling units in all zoning districts. Westport will discuss a potential new zoning district near the Saugatuck Train Station. FCCHO encourages you to participate in your town's public meetings and to be sure your voice is heard on these important housing issues.
