Trunk or Treat Drive Thru Returns to East Hartford

East Hartford residents are once again invited to join us for a FREE Trunk or Treat Drive Thru, sponsored by the CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce and Pratt and Whitney, in conjunction with the Town of East Hartford. This event will be held rain or shine on Sunday, October 30 from 12 - 3 p.m. on the Pratt and Whitney runway.
 

The Trunk or Treat Drive Thru is open to the first 500 pre-registered East Hartford families. There is no fee to register, but pre-registration is required. Registration will begin on Wednesday, October 12 at 9 a.m. at www.ehparks.org. Please register by Thursday, October 27 at 3 p.m. Residents will have to create a new household account at www.ehparks.org before registering, if they have not done so already. Please complete only one registration per vehicle; each person riding in the vehicle does not need to register separately.

Participating vehicles should be driving by with a completely clear and open trunk. It is recommended that a basket or bowl be placed in the trunk to hold the candy.

Registered vehicles will drive past festively decorated displays and trunks, sponsored by local organizations and businesses who will have representatives and costumed characters distributing candy or goodies to each car.

This is a drive-thru event; families are encouraged to wear their costumes, but must stay in their vehicle the entire time.

East Hartford Works Invites You To Join The Resident Advisory Council

East Hartford Works welcomes you to participate in their monthly Resident Advisory Council zoom meetings. These meetings are conducted every third Monday of the month from 12 PM to 1PM. East Hartford Works provides a space for East Hartford residents to be empowered and take on leadership roles in civic engagement and participate in training opportunities.
