Dear Neighbor,
Below are upcoming events and opportunities you may be interested in.
John Lewis Voting Rights Act Discussion
This Wednesday, May 10 from 6 pm - 8 pm, I will join a panel of advocates and elected officials to discuss SB 1226, the John Lewis Voting Rights Act of Connecticut. The event will be at the Centennial Hall Auditorium at Capital Community College - 950 Main Street, Hartford.

Last week, the Connecticut House of Representatives passed a bill in favor of early voting. But our work is not done yet. I hope you'll join me to learn more about SB 1226 and voting rights issues in Connecticut, have your questions answered, and even register to vote or update your voter registration.

I look forward to seeing you there!
