Celebrating a Local Nutritionist's Retirement
October 11, 2023I had the pleasure of honoring Patricia Gaenzler, who is retiring after dedicating her life to compassionately helping others in Windham and Tolland Counties. I presented her a citation recognizing her unwavering 38 years of service at the Access Agency W.I.C. program.
As a program nutritionist, Patricia served parents, infants, and children by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care. Patricia has stepped countless times to fill many aspects of need and has trained, mentored, and supported legions of other W.I.C. nutritionists.
Pat's steady habits are a role model for everyone she meets. The W.I.C program will miss her influence for a long time to come. Congratulations on your well-deserved retirement!
