You are invited to a public discussion on the Stamford charter revisions, tonight from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. at the Ferguson Library, organized by the Stamford NAACP. 
 
Panelists from both major parties, including Charter Revision Commission members, will explain the proposed changes and how they would affect the city and its various communities.

The panelists will address the lack of rules dealing with appointments on the boards and commissions and how the proposed change will make it more fair.

They will also break down how the charter revisions would affect housing, ADA compliance, as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. They will also cover the municipal legislative body's need for their own council.

This town hall discussion will undoubtedly give you more perspective before heading to the polls on November 7.
