Simsbury will host a Veterans Day event on Saturday, November 11
at 11 A.M.
in front of Simsbury Library (Simsbury Veterans Memorial).

Protecting Our Environment
I’m thrilled that the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters recently awarded me a 92% score on its environmental scorecard. While it is nice to be recognized for my commitment to protecting our planet, we still have a lot of work ahead of us to create a sustainable environment for our children and generations to come. I plan to continue my efforts in the upcoming Session to move that work forward!

100% Voting Record To Support Job Growth
I'm proud to have received a 100% grade from CBIA based on my voting record supporting job growth, the state’s post-pandemic recovery, and small businesses. I will continue to support legislation that addresses the state’s labor shortage crisis, lowers the cost of living, develops and provides more housing options, removes workforce barriers, and eases the tax and regulatory burden on small businesses.

Community Events

Spend Veterans Day on a musical voyage through American History performed by Rick Spencer and Dawn Indermuehle. This event will be held on Saturday, November 11 from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at Phelps Tavern at the Simsbury Historical Society. Appetizers and cider will be served. $15 entrance fee.
