View this email in your browser Dear Neighbor, I hope this message finds you and your family well.  Scammers target us through calls and texts about overdue toll payments, packages, job opportunities, and more. Please join me, Senator Jeff Gordon, and State Representative Kurt Vail for a ScamJam event next Monday, August 25th. We are partnering with the Connecticut State Police and AARP to provide information on how you and your family members can protect yourself from scams and identity theft.  ScamJam will take place on August 25th at 6 pm at the Woodstock Town Hall. This event is free and open to all residents in the Quiet Corner.  As your voice in Hartford, I need to hear from you to make informed decisions. I regularly post updates on my social media channels (you can like my Facebook page here) and encourage you to follow them to stay updated.
