View this email in your browser Dear Neighbors, Connecticut Inside Investigator recently published a feature on the future of the state’s 8-30g housing law, and I was proud to be included among the voices calling for balance, transparency, and local input. Read the article here - Denials and Debates: The Future of 8-30g and Affordable Housing In it, I talk about why affordable housing must be done thoughtfully, with public safety, infrastructure, and true affordability in mind, not rushed through by developers exploiting loopholes. As we approach the November 12 special session, I’ll keep engaging with the Governor’s office and legislative leaders.
