Wishing You a Happy Thanksgiving!

I would like to wish you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope this holiday brings you peace and happiness. 

I’m continually inspired by the strength, resilience, and generosity of Waterbury. This community is truly special, and it remains one of my greatest honors to serve as your state representative.

This season, I am especially grateful to the Waterbury Fire Department and IAFF Local 1339 for opening their hearts to those in need. They hosted a Thanksgiving drive, providing meals to more than 100 families this holiday season. Their generosity is a remarkable act of service that reflects the very best of Waterbury. Thank you to Firefighter Rey Padilla for his leadership and for coordinating the event.

 

I also saw kindness on full display at a youth violence basketball program, where organizers served a full Thanksgiving meal to more than 30 young athletes after the championship game. Their commitment to creating positive spaces for them to grow deserves our deepest appreciation. Thank you to everyone involved who help make these young people feel supported and celebrated.

As we count our blessings this Thanksgiving, I wish you and your family a happy holiday season.
