One of the best parts of this job?
Getting out, walking our downtown, and connecting with the people who make Danbury what it is.
This week we checked in on the progress happening across downtown and spent time talking with our local business owners, the backbone of our community.
There’s real momentum building. Projects moving. Businesses growing. Energy you can feel. And trust me, we’re just getting started.
Proud to be doing this work for the people of Danbury. |

| Congrats to Cirilo Rodriguez on opening a second Torre Fuerte Cafe right here in Danbury’s 109th District. Local business growth, new jobs, and even better — phenomenal food. Go check them out at 60 Newtown Road. |

| Harmony House Ribbon Cutting |
|
|
This week we also cut the ribbon on Harmony House with Family & Children's Aid, creating a space where families can stay together, find stability, and get a real shot at moving forward.
This is bigger than a building. It’s about dignity, opportunity, and making sure no family in our community is left behind.
Grateful to Housing Commissioner Seila Mosquera-Bruno for her partnership, and to Kevin McNellis, CEO of Family & Children’s Aid, who does so much for our community day in and day out.
Proud to stand alongside my friend, former Waterbury Mayor Neil O’Leary, whose commitment to empowering people and strengthening communities never wavers. Always good to see my friend Rev. Dr. Chris Williams representing New Hope Baptist Church: Danbury, CT so ably.
When we invest in people, we change lives. That’s how we build a stronger Danbury. |

| Congratulations to the Friends of Tarrywile Park on receiving a grant to restore the park! |

Spring means baseball is back! Caught a few innings of DHS baseball, high energy, all heart, all game.
Tough loss, but these guys battled.
Big shoutout to Coach Williams, Coach Arconti, and everyone grinding for this team.
Show up and support, these boys are leaving it all on the field. |

| We All Scream for Ice Cream |
|
|
| Summer like spring days call for ice cream and Khloë approves. Thanks, Mayor Roberto Alves for taking us to Dubl Twister! |
|
A perfect Danbury night.
Beatles hits live at the First Congregational Church — the Lumos Experiences instrumental was awesome.
Dinner at Cafe on the Green, Khloë’s pick, which means it was the right pick! You don’t have to go far to have a great night and create lasting memories! |

Sincerely,
